Risk Assessments
Risk Assessments are typically initiated early in the project lifecycle, sometimes during the Conceptual Study phase, but more commonly at the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) stage.
They provide a comprehensive evaluation of risks affecting overall project success, encompassing technical, schedule, procurement, environmental, social, community and other relevant considerations.
The principal deliverable is a project risk register, which is typically reviewed and updated throughout engineering, execution, commissioning and startup, supporting informed decision-making as the project evolves.
